FAQ’s
1. Once you book your free, in-home appointment with us, we will contact you to schedule a time that works best for you.
Appointment times are between 8 am and 7 pm – we will work around your schedule!
2. We will confirm your appointment the day before and the day of.
We will text or call you the day before to confirm.
3. We will alert you with our ETA.
Because appointments can run long, we will text or call with an eta when we’re on our way.
4. Once we arrive, we will sit down and discuss your wants and needs for your flooring.
This time allows us to get a good idea of what type of flooring you are looking for. We can answer any questions and concerns you may have and make sure this experience exceeds your expectations.
5. Measure the space.
We use a computer synced with a Bluetooth laser to get an accurate measurement of the space.
6. While measuring, we look for any potential issues we need to address.
It is our job to ensure that any potential issues that may come up during installation are addressed prior to starting. Like all home projects, there can be times when issues arise that may be out of our control. We always do our best to mitigate those issues.
7. Once we create a laser-measured drawing of your space, we will grab samples that would best suit your wants and needs.
We use our room visualizer to show you what our products will look like in your home.
8. We will present you with several options of different price points.
So you can choose what works best for you and your home.
9. We will go over payment options.

10. We will schedule the date of installation.
