Floors2Day was founded by Joe and Andy, two former top sales reps at Luna. After seeing firsthand how big companies treated customers like numbers and installers like liabilities, they decided to do something about it. That was starting Floors2Day.
Their vision was to create a flooring company built on relationships, not revenue targets. They wanted to solve problems fast, treat customers like people and let the sales pitch take a backseat to real conversations.
Where did they start? Andy opened up their first office in 2018. Joe followed by opening another flooring office in Kenosha, WI, in 2020. Since growing the company, they have kept the same mindset: be real, fix problems fast and take care of people.
